Hokushin Shinoh Ryu Iaido is a 100 year old martial art developed in Nagoya, Japan. It is a non-contact style practiced with unsharpened metal swords or wooden bokken. A typical training session involves practicing a series of prescribed movements against an imaginary opponent.
All necessary equipment is provided and you just need to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes.
