Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate sales team members
- Manage and update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Provide general administrative support
- Assist with customer inquiries and ensure a professional and welcoming front-office environment
- Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks as required
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Experience with CRM systems (preferred but not essential)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
