Nature By Night
Come and join us on a nocturnal wildlife wander along the O’Keefe Rail Trail to look for mammals and birds.
Learn about the ecology and calls of some of the local nighttime creatures. We will use spotlights and a thermal camera to detect and view animals that emerge once the sun goes down – possums, gliders, antechinus, insects and owls!
Bring binoculars if you have them and wear enclosed comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
Please meet in the parking area next to the trail on Wilkie Rd, Junourton, close to Trotting Terrace.
