Lions Gisborne Festival

The Lions Gisborne Festival is an annual event designed to bring the community together to celebrate the festive season.

he Festival consists of a street parade that brings together many local kindergartens,
schools, childcare centres, sporting and dance groups, as well as emergency services, local
businesses, and other community groups.

The Festival on Gardiner Reserve, which is a free event, includes free children’s activities, market and food stalls,
music and entertainment on the big stage, along with roving entertainers, and carnival rides.

The event concludes with a spectacular and colourful fireworks display.
