Sophia D’Urso [she/her] is an arts administrator, curator, and manager based in Naarm (Melbourne), and the founder of ArtSupport.

She has held various positions with galleries and arts organisations such as Melbourne Fringe, Melbourne Art Fair, Lennox Street Gallery (Metro Gallery), Anna Schwartz Gallery, the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art (ACCA), Malthouse Theatre, Marriner Group, the Affordable Art Fair, and Local Governments. This experience has provided her with a broad understanding of the arts sector and the ability to support diverse projects and creatives effectively.

Through ArtSupport, Sophia aims to offer practical support to the arts community, helping to navigate the complexities of arts business, career progression, project management and marketing in the cultural sector. Her work is driven by a commitment to positively contribute to the Australian arts sector and support the development of its artists, workers, and organisations.
